EU subsidies Mergers and Aquisitions Prof. Dr. Zsolt Radnóczy started his professional career of more than two decades overseas as a legal consultant following his university studies in Munich and then his attention turned towards the legislation of economy in the European Union and the Central and Eastern European countries. Starting from the early 90s, he worked for the Munich office of Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz. He was responsible for setting up their Eastern European partner offices of and became a full partner within a couple of years. Thanks to the high level of professional knowledge and wide-ranging experience gathered in the field of business and banking law, he participated in establishing HypoVereinsbank Hungária Rt. and then contributed to the bank's success in Hungary as its CEO and, later, to its lawful operations as a member of its Supervisory Board. Currently he is working as the founder of Radnóczy and Partners Law Office acting as the legal representative of multinational companies not only in Hungary but also in other Central European countries in cooperation with our partner offices, which enables him to provide the same high level of legal services for his clients and their subsidiaries. With Mr. Radnóczy's professional leadership, the office specializes in the law of banking and capital markets, automotive, media law, real estate law, legal consultancy for pharmaceutical companies, corporate transactions, litigation and out-of-court procedures, and it also frequently provides legal assistance in securities issues as well as in the foundation of the Hungarian affiliates or foreign trade representations of foreign money and capital market institutions. Prof. Radnóczy is working in several NGOs, e.g. he is a member of the Presidents' Board of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and a board member of the Hungarian-Bavarian Forum. |
